| Acceptance Letter From The School

A letter of acceptance from the school is needed when a student requires a Student Permit and a
CAQ (Quebec Acceptance Certificate for Studies). A student permit and a CAQ are required when
studying for more than 6 months in Canada. Please check with your local Canadian Embassy for
details about your country.
For a Study Permit the Canadian Immigration website is : www.cic.gc.ca
and for CAQ the Quebec Immigration website is: www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca
Once we receive a complete registration form with full payment for the course(s) plus the non-refundable
registration fee of $115.00, we will then issue an acceptance letter from the school by fax or by e-mail.
Since time for delivery differs for each country we will only mail the letter of acceptance upon request.
We can also send by courier upon request and this cost will be paid by the student.
