All our programs comprise several levels of grammar and conversation, from beginner to advanced, which helps you progress at your own pace.

Day courses consist of 10 to 25 hours per week of language instruction. Our evening courses consist of 3 to 6 hours per week.

The study of grammar and conversation practice in the class are the two essential elements of language-learning. Add to this our computer labs which give you opportunities to record your speech, practice pronunciation and improve your listening comprehension. You will also have opportunities to use your new language through interactions and discussions in a bilingual environment.

The International Language School of the YMCAs of Québec can also prepare you for important language tests - the TOEIC test of English for International Communication; the TOEFL test of English as a Foreign language for those of you who wish to study at an English North American university, and the TFI test of International French.
